Recently I tried my hand at AI voice text to speech generation and think it went pretty well. I used MURF for this one.
I remember years ago I tried TTS but they sounded very robotic with little to no inflection. Today Text To Speech are a lot more sophisticated with code to add pauses and inflections. Here have a listen.

Lots of them allow you to create your AI Audio however then charge you to download so you can use a program like Audacity to record straight off your computer.
