QR Codes 2024 see the maturing of QR Codes in the marketplace now visible in all forms of marketing, products and services. Many programs now including pre generated QR Codes for retail and also storage and stock control.
In 2019 I had been selling QR Codes to anybody interested which was about 10 companies. QR Codes were a has-been technology even before they got started here in Australia lacking a compelling business case.
Fast forward to today, and their use is not only broad but continuing to proliferate.
QR Codes came of age during the Covid-19 pandemic thanks to the functional benefits they represented, namely through mobile-based, check-in systems.
By the time 2021 kicked off, QR codes were being leveraged in everything from contact tracing to restaurant table ordering, out-of-home campaigning, packaging, ticketing, parking, payments and more.
There’s no doubt that QR Codes 2024 gives brands and companies a quick and easy mechanism to bring digital and physical together. And importantly, consumers are more willing to use them than ever.
